The Partnership have introduced a Year 4 Gifted and Talented Programme. Each Primary School within the Partnership, with the help of their PLT and SSCo, will be asked to identify Year 4 Students who meet the Watford and Hertsmere School Sports Partnership Gifted and Talented criteria. The selection process should take place in October.

Students who are identified should then be put on both the School and Partnership Gifted and Talented Register. Named students will be invited to attend an Academy based at a local Secondary School and run by the family SSCo – the academy will last 6 weeks.

Following this nominated students will be invited to attend a Partnership Gifted and Talented Academy based at Watford Girls Grammar School in the summer term and the academy will last for 6 weeks.
